About a year ago, Matt Steiner & Michelle Kelly,
a young first time home-buying couple,
approached us inquiring about our plans

After viewing the lot and area, we realized the assets of this great opportunity for Blue Brick and our buyers. Blue Brick submitted preliminary plans and a proposal to the neighborhood & CDA for review. We were awarded the project and have now completed the home of Matt & Michelle's dreams.
